This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorGrab ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you visit creatorgrab.com or use any of our tools. By using the site you agree to the practices described below. If you disagree with anything here, please do not use the site.
CreatorGrab is designed to require as little information as possible. We do not require accounts, do not ask for emails, and do not collect any of the following:
URLs submitted to the YouTube extractor are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the response is rendered. Nothing about your specific tool usage is logged or saved.

CreatorGrab does not set any tracking cookies of its own. The site may set technical cookies required for the website to function, but these do not track you across other sites.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics services in the future to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages are popular, how many visitors per day, etc.). When that is added, we will update this policy and disclose which analytics provider is used.

CreatorGrab may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar networks in the future. When this happens, third-party ad partners may set their own cookies on your device for the purpose of serving relevant ads.

The site may contain links to external websites (YouTube, Binance, hosting providers, ad networks, etc.). Once you click an external link, you are subject to that site's own privacy policy, not ours. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
CreatorGrab is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through our site, contact us via the contact page and we will remove it.
Server logs containing IP addresses and basic request metadata are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and debugging purposes. After that period, logs are automatically deleted or rotated.
Because we do not collect or store personal information that ties back to you, there is generally nothing for us to delete on request. If you believe we hold any data about you and want it removed, please reach out via the contact page and we will investigate.
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively. We honor those rights to the extent they apply to the limited data we process.
